Designation for the Role:
Graphic + Video Designers


Role Summary:


The graphic designer will be reporting to Marketing Manager and work closely with the marketing team to create high impactful designs for various marketing use.

They will be responsible for setting up themes for new brand marketing campaigns and develping overall layout and style guide for creative communications and visual interatives

Create and deliver high
- quality designs and video to enhance the brand marketing campaigns and increase the overall output of the event.


Responsibilities:

Taking creative briefs to understand requirements

Create and design various materials for paint and digital collaterals in various formats like reels, 2D, newsletters, gifs, videos and more

Ideate and execute creative ideas for new brand campaigns

Produce various marketing collaterals, videos, web designs and mobile creatives

Deliver video creatives for new campaigns with appropriate original footage, raw footage, music and other graphic

Select appropriate music to input music into videos to enhance the videos

Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and ensure quick turnarounds

Perform retouching, Manipulation of image and video editing

Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Qualification for Graphic Designer

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communication, or related field

2YR plus experience in Graphic designs and video making

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web

Must have knowledge of Adobe Suite and Corel Draw

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions

Strong analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics


Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • CSS: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • Design: 2 years (preferred)
