Digital Marketing Coordinator for AArvy Hospital

The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator will include coordinating with AArvy Hospital's team to gather requirements and get them fulfilled by Branding Pioneers' internal team.

This will include tasks such as making website changes, designing banners and hoardings, shooting reels and videos of doctors, and posting them on social media.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also need to monitor the status of ads and campaigns and work with the hospital sales team to optimize the campaigns.

They will be responsible for getting Google reviews from patients, getting social media posts approved, and coordinating live sessions for the doctors.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also present reports of work done and performance. They should promptly get any digital work done per the hospital's requirements.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with AArvy Hospital's team to gather requirements and get them fulfilled by Branding Pioneers' internal team.
Make website changes, design banners and hoardings, and ensure timely delivery of all digital work as per the hospital's requirements.
Shoot reels and videos of doctors and post them on social media
Get Google reviews from patients and ensure social media posts are approved and posted on time
Monitor the status of ads and campaigns and work with the hospital sales team to optimize campaigns
Coordinate with live sessions for doctors
Prepare reports of work done and performance
Attend training and reporting sessions at Branding Pioneers' office on alternate Saturdays and Wednesdays.
Work onsite at AArvy Hospital four days a week, bringing their laptop.
Possess knowledge of healthcare terminologies and coordinate with social media, SEO, designing, and ads team of Branding Pioneers.
