    Description

    Job Responsibilities:


    The Global Sourcing Analyst at Beroe is a key role that involves full ownership of assessing clients' project requirements and delivering research outputs.

    As the first point of contact for clients, the analyst is responsible for scoping customers' requirements and breaking them down into definite actionable items.

    Responsible for creating customized research outputs for Beroe's clients by performing extensive secondary research on the supply-demand price of select commodities on a global basis and building several forecast models based on the collected information.

    Track various direct and indirect procurement categories to understand market trends and develop Sourcing Best Practices and Engagement Models.
    Extract information/content through secondary research sources and identify various drivers of the commodity under research (cost/demand/price drivers).

    Provide comprehensive supplier intelligence support to category stakeholders by identifying vendors and providing insights for rate negotiations, cost-saving opportunities, etc.

    The Global Sourcing Analyst will have continuous access to key category databases, report archives, and partner databases like D&B, Bloomberg, ZoomInfo, Contify, etc., to retrieve data while addressing clients' queries.

    The Global Sourcing Analyst is also responsible for analyzing customer activity and recording Customer Analytics to identify ways to improve the customer experience on the platform.

    Update and maintain the respective trackers for project requests.


    Job Requirements:
    Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
    Thorough understanding of the commodity under research, including the production process and other generic technical details of the commodity.
    Holistic view on the respective Industry spend categories.
    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills and business acumen.
    Strong analytical skills to support decision-making and identify new opportunities for category improvement.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
    Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    Adaptability to work in different shifts as required.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Technical aptitude and understanding of category-specific processes.


    Qualification:
    MBA Finance/PGDM with a minimum of 60% throughout their academics.
    Work Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience.
