Job Description:


  • Conceptual design of service billing processes
  • Optimization and standardization of existing billtocash processes
  • Continuous improvement of billing processes due to harmonization, standardization and updated legal/customer requirements
  • Coordination of process developments, alignment with process participants and stakeholder, support escalations
  • Consult and train projects/entities regarding handling/implementation of billing processes
  • Organize customer meetings, collect customer requirements and transfer them into user stories for technical developments
  • Worldwide rollout of new standard billing process for ARR business in R/3 (incl. user training and support)
  • Third level support for user department

Qualifications:


  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration.
  • 58 years of experience in SAP implementation / support (SAP SD Module).
  • Profound knowledge of Billing and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Experience in project management and participation in IT projects within the ERP environment.
