We are looking to hire for the position of Customer Support Representative for our company.


Roles and responsibilities:


  • Enhance Customer Experience Via Delight Channels
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features, inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Data Maintenance & Reporting Freshdesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)

Experience:
2 years Customer Chat Support experience is must


Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline.


Skills:


  • Freshdesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)
  • Customer Chat support experience is must.
  • Good communication skills Fair analytical skills Energetic Operational excellence
  • Startup Experience is required.
