We are looking to hire for the position of Customer Support Representative for our company.Roles and responsibilities:
- Enhance Customer Experience Via Delight Channels
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features, inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Data Maintenance & Reporting Freshdesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)
Experience:
2 years Customer Chat Support experience is must
Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline.
Skills:
- Freshdesk of Similar Tool Data Studio or Similar Tool (Slight Knowledge)
- Customer Chat support experience is must.
- Good communication skills Fair analytical skills Energetic Operational excellence
- Startup Experience is required.

₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
