Area Sales Executive - Jaipur, India - Center for Business and Technology
Description
We are looking for Area Sales Executive who is responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within a designated geographic area.
This role involves managing and expanding the customer base, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
The Area Sales Executive collaborates with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and contribute to overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Monitor sales performance regularly, analyze sales data, and take corrective actions to address any deviations from targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to strengthen partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
Territory Management:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors within the designated area.
- Develop and implement a territory management plan to effectively cover the assigned area and optimize sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales activities.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to assist in the development of marketing strategies and product improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant sales tools.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
