Customer Service Representative - Remote, India - Angel One
Description
Responsible for handling queries of customers through inbound calls.- Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries / grievances.
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Executing trades on behalf of customer.
- Have a good positive attitudeshould be committed to the work.
- Good quantitative/analytical skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills required.
- Laptop and Good Internet Connection is must.
Timming:
- 8:30 am to 5:30pm
Salary:
₹18, ₹22,500.00 per month
