Description

We are currently hiring an Ecommerce Executive responsible for managing the platforms and Indian e-commerce marketplaces and ensuring the achievement of targets in terms of revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce platform
Build and implement strategies to maximize conversion for all products
List on platforms like amazon, flipkart, tata1mg etc
Explore newer channels of ecommerce/ marketplaces for sale of Pearson products.
Work closely with the marketing, content creation teams to execute campaigns for entire portfolio of Pearson Products.
Managing and executing promotional campaigns
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sellthrough and offer code performance
Manage Product listing, continuously update and manage content on Ecommerce portals.
Resolve issues on ecommerce platforms if any arises
Monitor stocks on a weekly basis on the platforms

Key Requirements:

You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
You possess a solid understanding of ecommerce frameworks.
Should have a minimum of 3 years related to ecommerce platforms
You have a high level of attention to detail including a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

Salary:
Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
