Job description:
Initial check survey / land title whether it is old sharat or New Sharat
- collecting promogation entries and respective revenue / survey entries paper from concern departments

  • Revenue Liaisoning work related to getting non agriculture Permission.
  • Collect Opinion from respective Government Department (Prant, mamladar Office, Circle, Deputy collector stamp & DLIR office)
  • Revenue Liaisoning work / File clearance from respective revenue authorities.
  • Preparation of Land Final Statement

Qualifications:


  • 1 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions and property law.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and legal principles.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
