Job Title:
Education Counselor


Location:
Gurgaon

Shift Timing: 10 am to 7 pm


Salary:
Up to 22k inhand + incentives up to 10k + other benefits and perks as per company policy


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and counseling to students and their families on education options, career paths, and academic requirements.

Build strong relationships with students and their families to understand their education goals and needs.

Assist students in the admission process for various educational programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student information.

Collaborate with other education professionals to provide students with comprehensive support.

Participate in outreach activities to promote education programs.


Requirements:

Grad fresher/undergrad fresher or with 6 months of experience in education counseling.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Knowledge of educational programs and requirements.


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
