Experience:
Minimum 2-3 Years

Responsibilities

Promoting the products
Churning of data available
Explain the customers based on products offers and benefits
Calling to target customers and explain products details.
Get the product approval from Clients
In Time Quotation
Queries Handling
Price /Rate verification
Data Management
Feedback

- mails /phones (communication channel)

Responsible for identifying customer needs
Customer follow up
He/she will be responsible for entire process from lead generation till forwarding it to process house.
Preparing Sales Order / Invoices /Quotations
Order request to be passed on to Process House for manufacturing and dispatch
Preparing dispatch Planning
In nutshell, he/she should be bridge between client, Company's dealers, field officers through good business correspondence and techno commercial telephonic conversation.
