Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Sales:


  • Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
  • Collaborate closely with domain experts in the production department.
  • Understand research and development requirements from leads and translate them into a clear format.
  • Effectively communicate requirements to domain experts for proposal creation.
  • Ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prospect potential clients and initiate negotiations.
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients using various communication channels.
  • Skillfully negotiate and renegotiate deals to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently submit comprehensive reports on a monthly and yearly basis for continuous improvement.
