1. All office and admin duties.- Documents filling and record keeping.
- Taking all inbound calls from vendors.
- Cheque distribution.
- Stationary maintenance and distribution.
- Housekeeping and security team handling.
- Reporting to HR head.
- All vehicle service and insurance management.
- Male
- Minimum Graduate
- Handled administration work for atleast 2-4 years.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Admin Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
