Description

Job Description- The incumbent will be responsible for- 1.

Maintaining documents, records related to all laws related to employment of manpower employed at the factory, corporate office - direct employees as well as contract labour- 2.

Broadly the following acts are applicable:

Factories Act (Restricted to Sections related to manpower)
Maharashtra Shops & Establishment Acts
Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act
Employees' Pension Scheme.
Employees State Insurance Act, 194
Maharashtra Profession Tax Act
Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolishment Act)
Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment Act, 201 3. Liaison with statutory compliances related to above statutes
