Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, pitch digital marketing services, and generate leads for the sales team.

Client Engagement:

Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner, understand their business needs, and explain how our digital marketing solutions can benefit their specific requirements.


Solution Selling:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of choosing our digital marketing solutions.


Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with interested prospects for further discussions and conversions.

Follow-Up:
Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize conversion rates.

Database Management:

Record all interactions with potential clients, update customer information in the database, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.


Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance your selling techniques and product knowledge.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative in the digital marketing industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert leads into sales.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a targetdriven environment and achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and followups.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools.
  • High level of professionalism, positive attitude, and a selfdriven approach to work.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (knowledge of additional languages may be a plus).
