    Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.

    What will you do:


    • Take on the primary role as the main point of contact for managing all matters related to existing customer accounts. Cultivate and sustain robust and enduring client relationships
    • Manage the process of reconciling accounts and compile, generate, and distribute sales reports on a monthly, semiannual, and annual basis. Predict and monitor crucial account metrics
    • Address daily client inquiries, manage escalations and fulfil requests. Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions, aligning with the customer's requirements and objectives.
    • Serve as a bridge between various internal teams (including Program Management, Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations departments) to enhance the overall customer journey
    • Communicate the advancement of monthly/quarterly projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement, drive engagement & wellness activities with existing clients
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
    What we are looking for?

    • Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field with handson experience with P&L and reconciliations
    • Proven work experience as an Business Development, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
    • Experience handling daytoday client escalations and delivering clientfocused solutions to meet the needs
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Open to Travel
