The YWCA of Delhi is a registered society working for the empowerment of women and children in Delhi, NCR.

The YWCA of Delhi, runs Working Women's Hostels, Shelter Homes for women in need, Vocational Training Institutes, Community Development Projects and a Guest House.

We are looking for an outstanding Indian woman, aged between years, who is an experienced visionary leader to lead the YWCA of Delhi.

The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management position. The applicant should have administrative experience and should be well versed in financial compliance applicable to not-for-profit organisations. The applicant should have good accomplishment in Fundraising.

The applicant should have a masters or postgraduate degree in development studies or equivalent qualifications. Salary is negotiable.
