Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repairs

  • Continue growth in sales and net income of bodyshop department
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Builds and maintains good working relations with insurance companies
  • Ensure collection of all insurance company payments.
  • Troubleshoot & solve daily issues.

Customer Service and Satisfaction:


  • Ensuring high quality standards of workmanship
  • Ensuring all parts estimated and authorized are fitted to the vehicle, any nonrequired but authorized parts are not charged to the customer or Insurance Company.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
