Location:

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Ovum Hospitals' services and specialties.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, referring providers, community organizations, and media outlets.
Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to raise awareness of Ovum Hospitals and engage with potential patients.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in healthcare marketing.
Work closely with the admissions and patient services teams to support patient acquisition and retention efforts.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives and priorities.
Assist with other marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or hospital marketing preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make datadriven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
