Responsibilities:

You will partner with management team, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business process and m anage the book of work, partner with senior leaders within the team to prioritize
You will provide communication solutions and will partner in content development for senior messaging
Work with our design partners to build out and govern the design structure
Assist in conducting internal and external research for new capabilities/tools to integrate to our products
Consolidate research of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
Assessing market trends and competitors, identifying threats and opportunities
You will contribute to the development of the practice through demonstrating thought leadership and develop scalable solutions to address business problems across the wider organization

Required Qualification

You have 34 years experience in strategy related roles
You have experience in working with transformation teams and an analytical mind and outstanding presentation skills
You are a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problemsolving skills and having an eye for design. You are relentless in making your communications are polished and tell the right story. You use words that people understand to convey a message
You recognize the value in iterating to an end goal/solution in an agile manner
You possess the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, work independently, and collaboratively
You do not get fazed by conflicting and changing priorities
You have proven ability to work on ambiguous projects and deliver effectively in customerfocused, crossfunctional teams
