Job Description:

As Agile Team CoachYou act as methodology expert and exemplify the values and principles of agile ways of working with a strong focus on team level; thus, you are accountable for enabling and coaching teams to become outstanding in creating valuable outcomes for our customersCSM/ Agile Safe certified with an experience in 1 to 2 end to end SAP implementation projects as project manager/ Agile Master-An in-depth understanding of SAP business solutions with good communication skills and stake holder management from multiple regions.

Experience as a functional consultant in any of the SAP modules in 2 end to end implementation.

Should have hands on experience in managing SAP module independently and work with customer business teams and project teams effectively.

Conduct various workshop with the business teams. Should have experience in handling multiple migration cycles in the project.

Facilitate agile events to ensure structured working sessions leading to concrete results and added value
Protect teams from disruptions during the sprint
Create transparency on impediments and facilitate their removal

Support the Product Owner methodically in refining and prioritizing the backlogYou as methodology expertEnsure use and implementation of agile methodology in the teams, adhering to overall organizational agile standards

Provide teams with methods to continuously improve performance

Collaborate with other Agile Team and Enterprise Coaches to share knowledge and best practicesYou as agile role modelAccompany the teams on the path to self-organization by promoting agile values

Coach the Product Owner in agile values and ways of working
Be a role model by living and acting according to agile values: embody professionalism, integrity, and decency
Promote continuous improvement and learning, bring in new ideas and challenge the status quo
