**Job Description for Recruitment Associate
- Healthcare*
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Format resumes meeting client expectations
- Research new technologies
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Requirements for Technical Recruiter
- Fantastic communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to learn technical information
- Selfconfidence and self starter
- Office automation tools (MS Office etc) for proofreading, editing and formatting
Eligibility Criteria-
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Exposure to International BPOs is an added benefit
- Preferable from a technical support background/ customer service background
- Must have the zeal to make career in a different domain
- Basic functional understanding of SDLC & Technologies [RDBMS / Programming languages ]
- Must be willing to work as per US Timing
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay:
₹253, ₹260,000.00 per year
