Description
Front Desk Executive
- Keep the front desk main entrance tidy and presentable.
- Greet and welcome parents and children.
- Call and follow up Fee payments
- Answer questions, address complaints, and give accurate information.
- Maintains uptodate knowledge about the Schools programs and requirements.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
- Call parents when children are sick and notify them of any problem.
- Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
- Provides campus tours for prospective parents as and when required
- Keep updated records and files.
- Create student files, and make sure all required forms are completed, signed, and received.
- Request parent for documents needed to update students' files.
- Providing support to admission team in closure of the admissions.
- Address and resolve grievances, academic grievances raised by parents to ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to appraise parents on students' academic progress whenever needed.
- Prepare gate pass and permission slip, one hour permission slip and Directory.
