Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Ensure exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
  • Deal directly with U.S. customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum qualification of HSC and above.
  • Prior experience in international inbound/outbound sales (minimum 6 months) preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
  • Comfortable working fixed day and night shifts (Monday to Friday) with weekends off.
  • Must be eligible to work from the office location mentioned.
