Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of goods inflow and outflow in the factory store.
- Update inventory databases regularly.
- Organize and store materials efficiently.
Receipt and Dispatch:
- Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Dispatch materials based on production needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely deliveries.
Stock Control:
- Implement effective measures to prevent shortages or overstocks.
- Conduct regular stock audits for reconciliation.
Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all stock transactions.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Quality Checks:
- Perform periodic quality checks on incoming materials.
- Report any damaged or noncompliant items.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety standards in material storage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Experience:
1.5 years or more
in storekeeping.
Skills:
- Proficient in factory store management and inflowoutflow records.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail in documentation.
Communication:
- Effective communication skills for coordination.
Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational abilities.
Salary:
Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
