looking for an experienced individual with of successful sales

experience in one or more of the following industries:

-Contractors

-Architects

-Interior Designers

-Builders

-Aluminum Window & uPVC Window Suppliers

Key Skills & Experience

-Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

-Strong understanding of the construction industry and its decision-making

process

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with

technical professionals and end-users

-Deep product knowledge, particularly uPVC windows and their advantages

(durability, energy efficiency, style options)

-Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present solutions tailored to

their projects

-Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals

-Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage sales activities

and client relationships

-Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations

Responsibilities

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the

construction industry (contractors, architects, interior designers, builders)

-Identify and qualify sales leads through industry research, networking, and

following up on potential opportunities

-Generate proposals and quotations for uPVC window projects, clearly outlining

product benefits and pricing

-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and

advantages of Trendy Windows' uPVC solutions

-Negotiate and close sales deals, effectively addressing client concerns and

objections

-Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring satisfaction

and building long-term partnerships

-Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any questions or concerns

clients may have

Benefits & Compensation

-Competitive salary range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

-Attractive commission structure: 1% commission on sales exceeding ₹5 lakh
