Roles and Responsibilities:

Communication Material Development Create communication materials focusing on health, nutrition, livelihood, sustainable agriculture, Utilize various formats such as written content, visual graphics, videos, and presentations to effectively communicate key messages.

Ensure the alignment of communication materials with the organization's goals and branding guidelines.

Social Media Management
Manage and maintain Sahayak Trust's social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Create engaging and informative posts, articles, and updates to attract and engage the organization's target audience.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in relevant online discussions. 1 year exp of tools like Canva, Video editing, Photoshop exp

AS WELL:

Coordinate with various stakeholders, partners, government agencies, and the general public.
Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information through appropriate channels. Collaborate with the team to organize events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness and promote the organization's initiatives.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience in compiling contents, caption & hashtags
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are a must

Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative communication strategies.
