POSITION OVERVIEW AND SUMMARY:

Technical Skills &Experience
- of IT professional experience preferably in SAPERP area.

SAPBTP experience in setting different services like gateway, launchpad,authentication and connecting to backend ERP systems using cloud connector is aadded advantage.
Experiencein handling a small team of developers/consultants is must.
Handson experience in requirement engineering, design and implementation of customerdemands.
Youhave a strong customer orientation and have a positive and constructivemindset, and you feel comfortable interacting with other service owners ormanagement.
Multiyearexperience in operating and managing mid
Goodknowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance, Cybersecurity.
Youshould have excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Youmust have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Youmust be a team player and be able to build consensus with others
Youare motivated to develop actively and on your own responsibility.
Selfmotivatedand having strong collaboration skills to work in a global, agile/leanenvironment
Workingwithin global teams and different stakeholders in all relevant IT departments

Your Responsibilities
The Service Onwer willsupport the IT Portfolio and IT Service Management team within Siemens Energy.
The consultant will work directly withcore members to address needs across the Siemens Energy service / project.
His/her focus will be in the following domains.

Be part of SAP ERP based Services of SiemensEnergy, handle SAP BTP related service and projects.
New Service Setup
Support IT service provider management, incl.service level and quality controlling as well as escalations management
Infosec und Vulnerability Management within theresponsible services
Manage business demands within the respectiveservice portfolio.
Interacting with customers and suppliers ontechnical level
Project management within the respectiveservice portfolio
