Stepping EDGE is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with our clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Understand the capabilities of the company and try to bring the requirements within the same framework.
  • Analyze business prospects and liaison between employees and prospects to close business deals.
  • Conduct regular performance checks to maintain quality as expected.
  • Integrate and build an excellent relationship with our partners and clients.
  • Work in the design, development, and maintenance of all system processes.
  • Always look out for means to improve the product for the customer.

Desired Skill Sets:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or an MBA
  • Good analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to reach mutually acceptable solutions
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Some experience in creating reports and presentations
  • Good communication skills

Salary:
₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
