Part-Time Telecaller


Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a part-time telecaller.

As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating leads, setting appointments, and promoting our products/services.

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Product/Service Promotion: Provide information about our products/services and promote their benefits to prospective customers.

Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested prospects.

Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maintain customer engagement.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer responses and market insights.

Adhere to Guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during calls.


Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.

Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.

Persuasion Skills: Convincing and persuasive skills to engage prospects and promote products/services effectively.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Persistence: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and continue pursuing leads.

Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for call logging and lead management.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.


Working Hours and Compensation:

Part-Time: Flexible working hours, typically 24-30 hours per week.
