Description

We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Stocks/Purchase Executive to oversee the procurement and inventory management processes at our dermatology clinic.

As a Stocks/Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing clinic supplies, monitoring inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records to support the smooth functioning of the clinic.


Key Responsibilities:


Stock Procurement:

Identify clinic supply needs, source products, and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers to ensure timely procurement while adhering to budgetary constraints.


Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain optimal levels of clinic supplies, track inventory turnover rates, and implement effective inventory control measures to reduce waste and overstock.


Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and compliance of all procured items, including medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment, meeting regulatory standards.


Vendor Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and seek opportunities for cost savings and improved service.


Order Processing:
Process purchase orders, review invoices for accuracy, and facilitate timely payments to suppliers.


Stock Replenishment:
Continuously assess stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to prevent shortages and maintain seamless clinic operations.


Record Keeping:
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of procurement transactions, pricing, and supplier details.


Quality Control:
Perform quality checks on received supplies, ensuring they meet the clinic's standards and specifications.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stock procurement and inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical supplies and equipment is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
