Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telecallers.

  • English and Malayalam
*Highly motivated and hold atleast a degree qualification.

*Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.

*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

*Energetic and active approach to the role.

*Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Explain the product and services to potential customers
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during calls.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call targets.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and enquiry information.
  • Follow up with potential leads to convert them.
  • Provide feedback and report on customer interactions to the team leader.

Job Location:
Triprayar


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • English (preferred)
