Responsibilities:


  • A bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is typically required.
  • Additional certifications or courses related to real estate law or paralegal studies can be beneficial.

Experience:

-
Minimum 10 Years: Hands-on experience specifically in real estate law or within a real estate legal department or law firm.

Expertise in Real Estate Transactions: Extensive experience in handling real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.

Title and Due Diligence: Proficiency in conducting title searches, due diligence, and reviewing title reports.

Document Drafting: Demonstrated skill in drafting and reviewing real estate documents such as purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and easements.

Litigation Support: Experience in supporting real estate-related litigation or dispute resolution matters.


Skills and Abilities:

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing contracts and legal documents related to property transactions.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in conveying complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in dealing with complex real estate legal issues.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a legal team and interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and other staff.
