ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

TIME:
9.30AM TO 5.PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
  • Introduce our services and provide relevant information to prospects.
  • Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Schedule demo classes for the interested customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English. Any other languages knows will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
