_ We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to insurance Tax and coordinating with customer_

_ Responsibilities_:

_Manage day to day transactions with accuracy and within turnaround time as cooperated with the client_

_Should have eye for details and make contextual decision based on insurance knowledge._

_Able to communicate optimally with client on day to day basis_

_ _

_Should be able drive continuous improvement in the process_

_Manage MIS for internal and external partners_

_Qualifications_:

_ Minimum qualifications_

_Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)_

_ _

_Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_

_Preferred qualifications_:

_ _

_Prior experience in Taxation will be an advantage_

_Prior experience in Banking and/or Insurance industry or crafting global BI solutions will be preferred._
