Responsibilities:


  • Internal & external communication
  • Sampling
  • Assist in the creation of purchase orders and maintain accurate records of product details, pricing, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as design, production, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure that they meet our quality standards and ethical practices.
  • Conduct regular store visits to analyze product performance and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure our product offering remains relevant and competitive.
  • Giving shipping instructions and the following shipping procedures
  • Maintaining proper production reports and files

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, crossfunctional teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and retail with a good understanding of the latest trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
