Description

Responsibilities:

Generate Sales: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services to effectively showcase their features and benefits to potential customers.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for the company.

Self-Motivated: Self-driven and highly motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Location: Willingness to work in Bangalore, with occasional travel as required.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
