    Job Summary

    We're looking for a skilled IT Analyst Applications (Source to Pay) to lead our Global Financial services Division. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, delivering, and supporting CAT SAP solutions on the Source to Pay area.

    The role is based in Bangalore, KA-India.

    What you will do:

    Job Roles and Responsibilities

    • Translate business requirements into SAP configurations and interface specifications.
    • Collaborate with a diverse team using various tools to optimize our business applications and improve customer experience.
    • Address customer and system issues through root cause analysis.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and business partners.
    • Gather requirements, design, configure, code, test, and resolve issues in development, Preproduction & Production support environment.
    • Coordinate testing and validation with business users.
    • Prepare detailed functional specifications for custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and forms.
    • Result-driven, well-organized, with great attention to detail.

    Candidates will have:

    • Minimum 3 + years(relevant) experience in SAP solutioning, designing, implementing, and testing in the Materials Management module.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP development and deployment.
    • Understanding of SDLC methodologies.
    • Strong knowledge of design techniques and data integration principles.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Quick learner.
    • Data analysis proficiency - Lookups and data transformations for conversions.
    • Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Enable now.
    • Experience with HPALM.
    • Familiarity with S/4 Hana and relevant changes in the Materials Management module preferred.
    • SAP Certifications are a plus.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred.
    • SAP Certified Application Consultant in Procurement or equivalent is a plus.

    Desirable Skills:

    System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of system features; ability to integrate and communicate among applications, databases, and technology platforms.
    Level Working Knowledge:

    • Assists with current and planned integration projects.
    • Explores key issues for successful system integration.
    • Works with applications, data, technology bridges, and various platforms.
    • Engages in local integration efforts.
