Experience you would be expected to have

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Five years of experience in a BA role
  • HR experience is an added advantage.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, process mapping, VSM and documentation.
  • Proficiency in business and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and conflict management.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, resource requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity; to drive change and performance outcomes in a complex and agile environment.

The Business Analysis Professional will support analysis activities in the Digital HR domain leading to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

From evaluating our business processes to deriving actionable data insights, researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impact, this role will commit to innovation, contextualizing data to drive our digital strategy for improved colleague experience, HR efficiency and organizational productivity.


What you'll be doing

  • Work within an Agile team, delivering digital solutions for HR at a global scale.
  • Support the Product Strategist/Functional SME with research, documentation, and analysis (gap analysis, process flow) of current landscape across systems processes and existing HR data sets as artefacts to aid strategy and solution.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders across HR units (ex: Shared Services, COEs, Functional SMEs) to develop documentation on business processes and functional requirements.
  • Assist the Product Strategist/Functional SME with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog with requirements translated to relevant use cases and user stories.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to facilitate communication, remove roadblocks and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor sprint progress and identify potential risks that could impact expected outcomes.
