,Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers based on assigned leads or lists.
Introduce and explain products or services to customers in a clear and compelling manner.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.
Provide accurate information about pricing, features, and benefits of products or services.
Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.
Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate and answer customer inquiries.
Update customer records and enter relevant information into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase, in order to convert them into sales.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including call scripts and compliance guidelines.
Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and coaching sessions.
Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
