Role-Peoplesoft Financials Consultant
**100% Remote Working hours
- 2:00 PM IST 10:00 PM IST**
Position Qualifications: -
5 years of
ERP experience as an
ERP Functional Experience in Financials - Purchasing and Payables:
Professional Skills:
- Ability to effectively write functional requirements, use cases, and other analysis/design artifacts (user stories, storyboards, screen prototypes, etc.)
- Knowledge of relational databases, database tools and database design
- Knowledge of integration tools and design methods
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
- Must be flexible and willing to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Strategy:
- Represent the business community during analysis, requirements and development phases
- Elicit, analyze, document, review, and receive approval for defined business requirements
- Create use cases/user stories and all modeling artifacts as needed
- Schedule requirements reviews with the Development and QA teams as needed
- Perform system feature demonstrations as needed
- Conduct and complete fit/gap analysis and prototype sessions
- Proactively identify new features and functions to improve business processes
- Field system functionality questions received from the Volt community in a timely manner
- Notify management of any issues or target date dependencies/slippages
- Perform testing to ensure requirements are satisfied by proposed solution and address any issues discovered
Collaboration:
- Meet with the business to understand their business needs
- Collaborate with colleagues during requirements definition, design, and all other phases of the software development lifecycle
- Support developers during the development and implementation phases
- Work with management to ascertain priorities, review documentation, and provide status
