About the Role
You will be responsible for reaching out and supporting customers in their car buying journey with Spinny.

You will play a critical role in customer engagement and must understand customer requirements to recommend products according to their needs.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Building a relationship with the customer over call as the first point of contact from Spinny
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, making recommendations for products or services that may enhance their journey
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Understanding and striving to exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling customer visits to retail hubs for the hub teams to take further

Requirements:


  • 1+ years relevant work experience in call center / BPO / telesales
  • Graduate degree
  • Fluent verbal communication skills
  • English and regional language
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service

Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
