Responsibilities:


On-Page Optimization:


  • Implement onpage SEO best practices, including optimizing meta tags, headers, and content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure highquality, SEOfriendly content.

Technical SEO:


  • Conduct technical audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement SEOfriendly site architecture and improve page speed.

Off-Page Optimization:


  • Develop and execute offpage optimization strategies, including link building and social media signals.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Keyword Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
  • Analyze search volume, competition, and user intent to develop effective keyword strategies.

Content Strategy:


  • Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute a content strategy aligned with SEO goals.
  • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and optimized for search engines.

Outreach and Relationship Building (guest post):

  • Collaborate with external publications, bloggers, and industry influencers to pitch, secure, and maintain guest post opportunities.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:


  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Propose and implement innovative SEO strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:


  • Having at least 6 months experience in SEO.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Search console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Canva,).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and make datadriven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with business goals and target audience.
  • Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects the latest offerings and information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Identify and propose new opportunities for improving our online presence and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with digital partners and vendors.

Pay:
₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
