You Are:

The roles require follow the runbook/SOP to monitor track and co-ordinate to closure incidents/service requests as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

The Opportunity:

Provide day to day monitoring support for respective work streams (NOC SOC)
Work on incidents and SRs pertaining to respective work streams.
Track coordinate and close incidents and service requires according agreed service levels.
Understand Priority and Severity based on ITIL practice; understand agreed SLA with customer and adhere to SLAs.
Explain and communicate priority incidents to customer/stakeholders.
Collaborate with different towers of delivery for ticket resolution (within SLA)

Collaborate with other team members for timely resolution of tickets.
Actively participate in team/organizationwide initiatives

What you need:

Incident/Change management and Service requests for all Infrastructure devices listed in the above inventory.
Vendor coordination for any Breakfix support and getting the RCA.
Standard Changes as per SOP.
Scheduled backup checks and reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc)
Notify the Change management team on the vendor, Service provider and facility maintenance through external CRQs.
Notify Service providers during facility maintenance to take care of their mux/equipment.
Take configuration and show tech backups before planned maintenance.
Verify endtoend configurations and enduser services post the external maintenance.
Initiate RMA, coordinate with vendor and send back faulty RMA timely.
Comprehensive, Expedited, Emergency Changes, Incident, request and High and Low Severity outages.
Planning & Scheduling patch, software & Hardware upgrade in alignment with L3 during outages, Critical incidents.
Commission and decommission network/security devices.
Provide best practices and approaches for inscope devices.
On Real DR situations.
Responsible for Support on Internal and external Audits.
Annual Reload of Network devices.
Annual Failover test of Critical ENSS services and documentation.
Verify end to end configurations and end user services post all Critical Changes. Join Proactive bridge during first business day. "
