Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of global segment marketers, to set the strategy and priorities, whilst ensuring they deliver against the objectives of the company.
  • Establish and implement ways of working to ensure efficiency of centralized functions.
  • Manage the field marketing budget and build out a field marketing team in line with company growth plans.
  • Align with peers in Branding, Demand Gen, and Communications, on a set of multichannel gotomarket campaigns, enabling the team to create awareness and generate pipeline for their regions.
  • Coordinate crossfunctionally on key initiatives, curate one or more flagship conferences, as well as lead participation in industry events managing all key activities including budget allocation
  • Work crossfunctionally with a variety of teams across the organisation.

Qualifications
Bachelors, MBA
