Description

Performs skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems. Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of methods, practices and techniques of maintaining building and facilities.

Acts as a team lead/deputy for the maintenance team to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities.

Uses judgement to repair and maintain production equipment according to specifications and undertake preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Results can be readily checked for correctness.

Participate in preventive maintenance program for Process equipment, machinery and

related facilities; identify equipment maintenance needs; ensure accuracy of records kept.

Perform routine mechanical maintenance activities on equipment including inspection,

and replacement parts; order and maintain stock used in plant equipment.

Maintain records of plant function readings and equipment history; maintain preventative

maintenance records and schedules.

Attend breakdowns, identify fault and Solution of problem with mínimal downtime to

production

Carry out diagnosis of faults, maintenance and repairs to all types of plant and equipment

in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.

Estimate length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to

complete work within required timescales.

Maintain preventive maintenance efficiency of Process Critical/Non-Critical machines and

Breakdown reduction.

Work with adherence to EHS culture, 5S and Kaizen methodology to maintain workplace

to a high standard.

Make full use of the computerised maintenance management system and contribution in

analysis of repetitive breakdowns, frequent failure parts etc.

Development of countermeasures to prevent machine's recurring problems in case of

repetitive failures.

Implementation of Maintenance Schedule for PC line, Tooling and Washcoat Equipment.
Attention to emergency call anytime whenever needed.
