You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Analysis, process review and (re)engineering, implementation and Operating Model you have found the right team.

The Analytics Team is a newly created team within WMCO. You will be responsible to facilitate regular status meetings, build timelines, publish meeting agendas meeting minutes and action items. You will be accountable for deliverables and establishing achievable milestones. We partner with senior level managers to provide visibility of current status and obstacles.

You will be successfully manage relationships with all business partners, provide accurate reporting and metrics and create presentation decks to provide transparency of our progress to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

You will Partner with business contacts to document and understand requirements for the strategic dashboard
You will Partner with the CDO Analytics team to transform our business requirements into JIRA stories to build the strategic dashboard
You will Influence prioritization of requirements during the standing calls with our CDO and business partners
You will Provide direct oversight and support to team to ensure their requirements are detailed and converted to JIRA stories as prioritized
You will Work with the team to replace adhoc requests to selfserve in the strategic dashboard and Identify to communicate issue trends based on data analysis
You will Investigate opportunities to reduce costs, provide automation, and analyze fluctuations in key metrics
You will Ensure timely and concise communication with key business partners and senior management, which includes the creation of presentation and compliance with Global Information Risk activities

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft toolset with knowledge in Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath and Tableau a plus
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead within changing control/regulatory environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skill and Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong knowledge of Operational Risk / Control, leadership and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal / written communication skills and a bility to think strategically and execute a strategic plan
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to interface with both Technology and Business Partners
