Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience working with executives or supporting teams in an administrative role.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience with calendar management over international time zones, highvolume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate across a diverse range of people and functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail (e.g., calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports, and meeting organizational deadlines).
  • Partner with directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization.
  • Act as a focal point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately handling confidential information as necessary.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities. Build efficiency and responsiveness into existing operations. Serve as a technical lead and manager of small projects.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
