Requirements:

What You Will Do

Work closely with the lead UI/UX Designer to create the user experience for our core interfaces
Embed yourself with a team of stakeholders, product managers, front

- and back-end developers

Create wire frames, lowfidelity, highfidelity, and prototype screen designs for the development team to execute
Consult with the Design Lead, Product Manager and development team to review design interaction and provide reviews and collaborative feedback
Assist Product Managers in communicating design decisions to stakeholders
Be an advocate for the customer in terms of their representation in product design and interaction
Champion user experience and advocate for design and help build our design team culture, processes, and systems
Actively familiarize yourself and gain knowledge of our product through engagement and asking thoughtful questions
Create, iterate, present, and deliver thoughtful design solutions

What You Will Need

High degree of passion for delivering thoughtful and humancentered designs and experiences
Expert level understanding of design research skills including user interviews, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies to accelerate iteration and development
Ability to take ownership of the design process and work autonomously, while still engaging with Design Lead and Product Managers for feedback and collaboration
Strong desire and willingness to work in a highly dynamic, fastpaced environment
Strong communication, curiosity, collaboration, and perspectivetaking skills eagerness to understand the goals, values, and constraints of others, whether they are team members, users, or beyond
Strong communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate design decisions
A Bachelor's degree or certificate in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, or related field
3+ years of professional industry UI/UX design experience
Proficiency in Figma is a must
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
