- Assist and guide business users in the on correct buying channels, creation and submission of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Provide expert advice on procurement processes and policies to ensure compliance.
- Provide end user trainings on the process and support in closing any gaps in technical and process understanding.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Collaborate with business users to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Facilitate the creation and modification of purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order placement.
- Manage the approval workflow for purchase requisitions, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to expedite approval processes when required.
- Utilize and navigate Coupa system effectively to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot issues related to procurement systems.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement processes.
- Generate and analyze reports related to purchasing activities, providing insights to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement operations.

- 4+ years of experience preferably in a service center, running procurement operations with a focus on purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes (PR, PO, Invoice, Payment)
- Understanding of Purchase-to-pay tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience of managing multi geographies across time-zones
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Global Experience within the professional services industry in procurement or related function
- Experience of managing SLA and performance for support
- Strong understanding of procurement policies, compliance, and risk management
